A person or a thing who sacrifices himself or itself, can enlighten someone’s life. A person can sacrifice himself not only by giving off something, but can also sacrifice himself by controlling his thoughts and actions in times of trial.
It is similar to things as well. When the wood burns, it allows us to cook food or it gives warmth in winter. When the trees bear the weight of fruits upon themselves then we get the fruits to eat. When a man gives his blood to a dying man, he does this for the man’s welfare.
When we give our time to others for their welfare, it is also a sacrifice and it ultimately gives beneficial results in terms of multiplying the same act of sacrifice.
