Appreciate things that are fresh

Sometimes, we feel stuck and unable to move forward. No matter what we do and how hard we try to take steps forward but fail. This is the time when we are fighting against our own self.

It is undoubtedly honest and true to you to feel stuck somehow and there is no enjoyment in that. Getting stuck increases the stress, worry and sometimes fears.

People who have strong imaginations, who enjoy being there in their imaginations, get also stuck within their creations. It is not always healthy to imagine things that are good and beautiful. We should experience the real beauty as well.

We can break the momentum of getting stuck by allowing our self to let go of things that are the cause of our worries. We can stop fighting against our own self by enabling us to appreciate things that come our way afresh.
