The more we practice giving, the stronger our soul become

Where our muscles weaken without physical exercise, so does our soul weaken without its special kind of exercise! A great exercise for our soul is the practice of giving.

With physical exercise, the more we do it, the easier it is, and the stronger we become. With practice of giving, we enjoy the same advantage, the more we do it, the easier it is, and the stronger our soul become.

Giving can reduce our fears because it promotes social connections, and these connections provide us with greater personal security. After all, what else could lead us to success other than strong bonding with people!

We are afraid of mixing up with people because of the media which tells us so many disastrous things happening around the world. We get confused or fearful to build healthy relationships with others. In fact, we do not even mix up with our neighbors.

The best way to confront our fears is to begin the process of making a difference. We can begin this process by talking with people in an utmost positive and encouraging manner that other people could also care for what we say or do to them.

It is often that the main problems that we have are the social problems and if we do not begin the process to talk about them in a way that led us to blend with other people, then they will always be there and life will be vulnerable.

By facing our fears and working to change their causes, we eventually overcome them and secure a lot of social relationships which ultimately works as most important fuel in our life.
