Do we ever ask ourselves whether we are living a life in which our own mind is our leader who tells us what to do and what not to do? We should ask this from our own selves.
Life changes when we grow up. As a child, we live a life fully out of control in which we do whatever our mind and heart indicates us. No matter how sensible or nonsense it is, we just follow the indications. When we grow up, we start thinking on several steps of our life about which way to and which way not to go, about which option to choose and which one to leave, and this is where our mind and heart works at a distance. Our heart indicates us something whereas our mind tells us something else and we take time figuring out which one is right.
