Not to Exchange Attachment

Over the years I learned not to exchange attachment for something that is still an attachment. It is a tremendously complex thing. When we ask ourselves that what do we to do to be free of attachment; we should consider to look into our motives. Our motives, our objectives give us direction and that direction dictates us our attachments and our freedom.

We function within the field of attachment, the method, the objective to achieve something in the future.

We, basically are afraid of being lonely and therefore seek to escape from that feeling of isolation by turning to a person, an idea, a motive and so on.
