Catch your Breath

When we get caught up in our packed schedule without taking time to look at the bigger picture of our lives; it dragged us in the passenger’s seat when we are the ones who should be driving. It is easy to go through this fast-paced world feeling like a passenger, not a driver.

Time spent examining the bigger picture could lead us to see that we are happy with the road we are on, but then we would like more time with family or more free time to do whatever we want at the moment.

The way to begin is to get off the road for long enough to catch our breath and remember who we are and what we truly want. We can take the wheel back with confidence by doing that, driving the speed we want, to go in the direction that is right for us.

Nice read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile Therefore let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch! “Any man would be forsworn to gain a kingdom.” by Roger Zelazny.

There will be moments that we just get dragged along in life due to heartbreaks and sadness. But that shouldn’t last long. Like you said, we need to be in charge of our lives. We owe it to our own selves to be happy and make the most of our life.
